By inviting Project Aether ("the Bot") to your Discord server or using its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please remove the Bot from your server and cease use of its features.
Project Aether is a Discord utility bot designed to provide automated catch tracking, dynamic leaderboards, and statistical data management for Discord communities. The Bot is provided "as is" and is continuously being updated.

The developer reserves the right to blacklist any user or server from using Project Aether if they are found violating these terms or abusing the system.
While we strive for 24/7 uptime, Project Aether may occasionally experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen server outages. We are not liable for any lost leaderboard data or missed tracking events during these periods.
Premium subscriptions (unlocked via Ko-fi or Buy Me a Coffee) provide aesthetic and data-related perks. Because digital perks are applied instantly to your account globally, we generally do not offer refunds. If you cancel your subscription, you will lose access to the premium perks at the end of your billing cycle.
Project Aether and its developer are not responsible for any actions taken by server administrators or users utilizing the Bot. The Bot is a tool for community engagement, and server owners are solely responsible for how they implement and moderate its features within their own communities.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the website's homepage or the support server.
